Electrosales: Zimbabwe buying profile
Use the Electrosales catalogue to identify the item, then reconfirm the price and availability with the branch. The website itself asks customers to make that check before relying on a displayed listing.

Preserve the catalogue identity
Keep the product name, code, selling unit and the date you viewed the listing. If you send a screenshot, accompany it with text so a salesperson can distinguish a similar-looking item. For an electrical component, ask the responsible installer to confirm the required rating and compatibility.
The catalogue's availability warning matters when someone else is collecting. Do not tell a driver to travel merely because an item appears online. Ask for an explicit response that names the counter, quantity and time at which collection can be arranged.

Ask for an itemised confirmation
Where a basket includes several trades, separate the lines by specification. A switch, pump accessory and cable may have different units and different suitability requirements. Ask the counter to identify any alternative, and have the installer approve it before changing the order.
Record the difference between a quotation and a completed payment. The supplier's commercial terms determine when goods are reserved or released. If you need a reservation, ask for the actual terms; an online listing does not establish one. Preserve any revised amount and its validity alongside the original request.

Check the handover against the final list
Give the recipient the approved item list with model and package identifiers. Ask them to record quantities, visible condition and any discrepancy before the materials disappear into a contractor's general stock. Technical acceptance may require the installer later; physical receipt should say only what the recipient actually checked.

Putting the record into practice
A buyer selects a pump from the website and sends its product details to the installer. The installer requires a different specification. The buyer obtains a revised branch quote and replaces the earlier line before payment. The collector receives the revised code, avoiding an apparently correct but unsuitable pickup.
Keep this with the order
Before you proceed
- Catalogue item identified in text, not only a photo.
