Section 1About PostOrder and these terms

PostOrder is operated by Lion Tech Innovations Ltd, registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17068390. It helps businesses selling through WhatsApp create a shared transaction record from an order and payment confirmation through fulfilment and delivery.

These terms apply to use of the PostOrder website and service. By using the service, you agree to the terms applicable to your use. If you act for a business, you must be authorised to do so. Buyers and recipients use the views and actions provided to them; using an order link does not make them the merchant’s subscription customer.

PostOrder is not WhatsApp or Meta and is not affiliated with them. It is not a bank, money-transfer service, escrow service, delivery company, marketplace, accountant or lawyer. Your sale or purchase remains an agreement with the relevant merchant.

Section 2The merchant remains responsible

Merchants remain responsible for their products and services, prices, customer promises, verifying payment, fulfilment, collection and delivery arrangements, refunds, taxes and applicable legal or regulatory duties.

The merchant must provide accurate order information, have the right to use the customer and recipient data it enters, give required notices and authorise staff appropriately. PostOrder does not inspect products, certify a merchant or guarantee that it will perform a transaction.

Questions or disputes about a purchase, payment received by a merchant, delivery or a merchant refund should first be raised with that merchant. Contact PostOrder support about a fault in the platform itself.

Section 3Payment claims and confirmation are different

Payment claim ≠ payment confirmed. A screenshot, reference or payer statement is not a guarantee that funds reached the merchant.

PostOrder records claims separately from merchant verification or a supported provider’s confirmation. Merchants must check the appropriate account or provider record and resolve discrepancies before relying on a status or releasing goods.

A connected provider handles payment under its own applicable terms. PostOrder’s record does not create escrow, insurance or a guarantee against reversal, fraud or provider failure. Do not enter full card credentials, security codes, passwords or one-time codes in order records or uploads.

Section 4Delivery reports and acknowledgement are different

Merchant-reported delivery ≠ recipient acknowledgement. Reporting an order delivered does not automatically mean the recipient confirmed receipt.

Each participant should report only what they know and are authorised to confirm. A recipient acknowledgement records that participant’s response; it is not an independent inspection or proof of every aspect of a merchant’s obligations. PostOrder does not physically transport or deliver orders.

Section 5Accounts, authorised users and private links

Use accurate account information, protect sign-in credentials and grant access only to authorised people. Tell us promptly about suspected account misuse. Businesses are responsible for managing their staff access and keeping their own records where needed.

Order links grant access to a particular transaction view. Keep them private and share the appropriate buyer or recipient link only with its intended user. Someone who obtains a working link may be able to view information or perform actions within its scope.

Section 6Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

PostOrder has a Free plan and paid Business, Pro and Scale plans. Paid plans use recurring monthly subscription billing. The current price, currency, included features and any applicable charges are shown in the product and the checkout or agreed offer. These terms do not change those prices.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing arrangement until cancelled. Use the available billing-management controls or contact support for help; check the provider’s confirmation for the effective cancellation date and any remaining access. Payment-provider terms may also apply, including Stripe’s terms when Stripe processes the subscription.

No trial length, automatic refund or fixed refund deadline is promised here. Contact support about a PostOrder billing problem or refund request. Applicable mandatory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. Merchant purchase refunds are separate from PostOrder subscription charges.

Failed payments or a subscription ending may affect paid-plan access. We may change plans or terms with appropriate notice and in accordance with the applicable agreement and law; this does not authorise undisclosed retrospective charges.

Section 7Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the business information, order content and uploaded material you provide. You permit us and our service providers to host, process, display and transmit that material as needed to provide, secure and support PostOrder and meet applicable obligations.

You are responsible for having the rights and lawful basis needed to supply it. Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information or material that infringes another person’s rights. Our Privacy Policy explains the usual controller/processor roles, sharing and privacy requests. Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of records that must lawfully be retained.

Section 8Acceptable use

  • Do not use PostOrder for unlawful orders, illegal content or fraudulent transactions.
  • Do not impersonate another person or business, fabricate payment evidence or knowingly record misleading transaction status.
  • Do not steal or abuse credentials, distribute malicious software or attempt unauthorised access.
  • Do not bypass security controls, usage restrictions or boundaries between merchants and transaction participants.
  • Do not interfere with the service or use it to infringe another person’s privacy or other rights.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security risks, non-payment or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and available steps to resolve it. Contact support if you believe access was restricted incorrectly.

Section 9Availability and service limits

We aim to provide PostOrder with reasonable care and skill. Maintenance, faults, connectivity and third-party services can interrupt availability or delay updates. We do not promise uninterrupted service or 100% uptime.

Keep appropriate business records and contingency arrangements. A status page is a record of information received by the service, not a substitute for checking funds, goods or the terms of a particular transaction. Public library guides and worksheets are general practical information, not accounting, legal or other professional advice.

Section 10Product and intellectual property

Lion Tech Innovations Ltd and its licensors retain their rights in PostOrder’s software, interface, branding and original website material. You may use the service for its intended purpose under these terms and your plan. No ownership of the product is transferred to you.

Do not misuse the brand or imply an endorsement or partnership without permission. Third-party names and material remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licences.

Section 11Responsibility and legal limits

Our responsibility concerns providing PostOrder, not performing the merchant’s sale, transferring customer funds or delivering goods. We are not responsible for a merchant’s independent promises or inaccurate information supplied by participants, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible.

For business use, and only to the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for indirect losses or loss of anticipated profit arising from use of the service. This does not remove responsibilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are preserved.

Section 12Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere and any mandatory local protections that apply to you.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The published date identifies this version; material changes will be communicated as required. A separate written agreement with your business may set additional terms, with any stated order of precedence.
