Choose the branch before the collector

Begin with the supplier that issued the quote and ask which counter will pick the goods. Union's Workington, Msasa and Pomona listings are distinct collection enquiries, not a promise that a basket can move freely between them. The buyer should record the confirmed point before asking a friend or transporter to collect. If the collector prefers a different area, return that proposal to the seller and ask what changes, including the goods list and release arrangement.

Separate a quote enquiry from a stock confirmation

Electrosales asks buyers to reconfirm branch availability and pricing. Use that warning as a practical step: send the final item list to the intended counter, then retain its response. Avoid treating a catalogue screenshot or an earlier quote as today's allocation. For a mixed renovation basket, mark lines that are ready separately from lines awaiting confirmation. A collector can check quantities and labels while an installer later checks technical suitability. Preserve those limits. Merchant confirmation of the payer's funds does not establish that the correct counter released the goods, and a merchant release does not automatically establish receipt at the final property.

Prepare the local enquiry brief

For a Workington, Msasa or Pomona enquiry, put the chosen Union counter on the first line of the collector's brief. For an Electrosales enquiry, identify the branch that actually answers rather than copying the Graniteside contact into every order. Add a line for each supplier's release reference, the ready quantity and the person who may approve a counter change. A transporter combining those pickups needs separate receiving lists so the final site can trace a shortage to the relevant order.
