Buying household appliances in Zimbabwe
Choose the exact model, check that it fits and agree who handles delivery and setup. The model label and the final quote should tell the same story when the recipient opens the package.
Measure the destination before choosing a model
Ask the person at the property to measure the intended space and the access route. A product photo does not show whether a boxed appliance can pass through the doorway or fit under the counter. Compare what comes with the appliance
List the model, finish, accessories and any separately quoted delivery or setup. Ask for the warranty documentation and the seller's discrepancy process. Agree a sensible acceptance sequence
Physical receipt, installation and first-use checks may happen at different times. Record the model and visible package condition on arrival, then follow the manufacturer's setup instructions. If a required check has not occurred, leave it pending. A recipient should be able to acknowledge delivery while identifying a missing accessory or unresolved issue without claiming that every function has been tested.

Please quote this exact model, identifying whether delivery, installation and removal of packaging are included or separately arranged. List the accessories supplied and the documents handed over with the appliance. The recipient will check access and compare the model identifier at arrival. Any alternative model needs approval before dispatch, even if its headline capacity looks similar or its quoted total remains unchanged.
