Zimtile: Zimbabwe buying profile
For a Zimtile enquiry, begin with a checked roof schedule and a named branch. A tile count alone leaves ridge pieces, accessories, unloading and damaged-item handling unresolved.

Use the branch list as a starting point
Zimtile publishes a Zimbabwe branch directory. Use that directory to identify the counter you want to contact, then confirm where your particular order would be supplied. A listed branch is not evidence of current stock, a delivery radius or a date on which a truck can arrive.
Ask the person responsible for the roof to supply the approved material schedule. Include tile profile, colour and quantities for the main covering and accessories. Do not use a photograph of a finished house as a substitute for dimensions and a design checked for your building.

Quote the complete roof-material schedule
Request an itemised response that distinguishes the main tiles from ridges, fittings and any other specified components. Ask how the supplier treats colour or batch matching when a later top-up is needed. The answer should apply to the actual product being ordered, not to roofing products generally.
Keep material supply and installation responsibilities separate. Identify who measured the roof, who approved quantities and who will decide whether an alternative profile is suitable. PostOrder's role is to preserve that agreement, not to calculate a structural design or approve a roof.

Plan the count and unloading point
Before dispatch, confirm vehicle access, the agreed drop point and who provides unloading labour or equipment. These are questions for the order, not assumed Zimtile terms. Ask the recipient to count packages and note visible breakage before stacking makes inspection difficult. If only part of the schedule arrives, retain a balance by component rather than a single percentage-complete label.

Putting the record into practice
A homeowner receives a quote for the main tile quantity but cannot find the ridge pieces on it. The roofer checks the schedule and requests a separate accessory line before approval. At handover the recipient checks those components separately. The example illustrates an ordering control, not a Zimtile pricing or installation offer.

Before you proceed
