Ordering crop seed in Zimbabwe
Choose the crop and variety with suitable agronomic advice, then make the purchase traceable. A clear seed order preserves the selected variety, pack identity, seller and recipient.
Ask the growing question first
The grower should discuss the intended crop and site with an appropriate adviser before the buyer fixes a basket. Seed Co's Zimbabwe site publishes field-crop support, while Profeeds describes agricultural inputs within its retail offering. Neither a product listing nor another grower's story guarantees suitability or yield on your land. Record the selected variety only after the responsible grower has made that decision.

Keep producer and seller roles distinct
The organisation providing technical information may differ from the retailer taking payment. Name the actual seller on the order and ask for current availability, pack size and quantity. If an alternative variety is proposed, send it back to the grower or adviser. Do not let an equivalent price become a substitute for agronomic approval.
| Record | Purpose |

Preserve pack information at receipt
Ask the collector to check sealed packaging and the available label details against the approved order. Retain the seller's receipt and the instructions supplied for handling and storage. Record any discrepancy before packs are distributed or opened. Confirmation of receipt should describe the supplied goods; it does not establish germination or future harvest outcomes.

Enquiry brief to adapt
Please identify the product and pack configuration against the grower's adviser-approved request. Confirm the available label and lot information for the proposed supply and flag any difference from the original selection. The grower will assess suitability before approval. Keep the commercial quote and the relevant product information together, but do not treat an accepted payment as evidence of germination or a future crop result.

Putting the record into practice
A grower specifies a variety and the local seller proposes another. The diaspora payer waits for the grower's decision before approving the revised basket. The collector then checks the selected variety on the packs. The example promises neither stock nor a harvest result.
