Ordering tea for Zimbabwe hospitality
Specify the tea range, preparation format and commercial pack before comparing quotations. Loose-leaf tea and tea bags should not be treated as interchangeable refreshment lines.
Ask the person preparing drinks
Tanganda's published range distinguishes tea bags and loose-leaf products. The person managing refreshments should identify the intended format and any relevant product requirements. The payer can then preserve that selection. A brand name alone does not establish the preparation method or quantity the kitchen expects.

Compare the commercial units
Ask the seller to confirm pack weight or count and the contents of any carton. Keep those fields in the comparison instead of using a single carton price. If the product changes, review both the format and resulting quantity. This guide does not calculate a guaranteed number of servings because preparation and portion choices need to be specified by the operator.
| Field | Keep clear |
|---|---|
| Format | Tea bags or loose leaf |
| Pack | Weight or count |
| Carton | Confirmed number of packs |

Maintain a repeat-order reference
At receipt, check the range, format and quantity against the approved list. Retain the seller's receipt and relevant label details, then follow product storage instructions. For a regular hospitality order, use that final record as the next enquiry's reference while still reconfirming current stock and terms. A previous successful purchase is not a current allocation.

Enquiry brief to adapt
Please distinguish the tea format, pack size and case quantity in the quote, retaining the outlet's requested product reference. Identify any accessory or service only if it is actually included in the offer. The person responsible for the beverage service will approve format changes before ordering. At receipt, count the accepted packaging units and retain the final specification as the reference for the next purchasing enquiry.

Putting the record into practice
A guesthouse compares two tea quotes with different pack formats. The refreshments manager chooses the format that fits the operation before the payer compares equal quantities. The final order retains that choice for the receiver and future enquiries.
