Natpak: Zimbabwe buying profile
A Natpak enquiry should define the packaging format and what it must contain. Artwork approval, material suitability and the commercial quantity are separate decisions that belong in the same brief.

Start with the packaging task
Natpak's official parent-company profile describes packaging capabilities across several formats. Use that information to ask whether the required format is within scope, then request the specifications needed for a quotation. Do not infer current capacity, minimum order quantity or suitability for a particular food or chemical.
Describe the contents, filling method and intended use to the supplier. Ask for the relevant material-suitability confirmation and any sample process. This is an enquiry framework, not a certification that a package is suitable for your product.

Control artwork and version changes
If printing is requested, assign the artwork a clear version and identify who may approve it. Ask the supplier how proofs are checked and what changes can still be made at each stage. A picture sent in a chat is not necessarily a production-ready file.
Quote the agreed quantity, dimensions, format and any tooling or preparation separately. Record whether a sample or proof approval is required before production, and retain that approval. A changed barcode, spelling correction or revised dimension should trigger an explicit version change.
For the next decision, see Ruwa packaging enquiries: containers and closures →
Reconcile the delivered production run
Ask the recipient to compare the delivered format and artwork version with the approved proof. Record package counts and any visible production discrepancy. If a technical inspection is required for your product, keep it separate from physical receipt and follow the applicable professional guidance.

Putting the record into practice
A small producer changes a label after approving a packaging proof. The order records a new artwork version and obtains fresh production approval before proceeding. At handover the recipient compares the delivered print with that version. The example does not assume Natpak's minimum runs or change fees.
Keep this with the order
